Everyone should know this!
There is little to no connection with the actual creators. Adult social media platforms promise one-on-one connections, but there is little to no truth behind it.
While, from the platform’s point of view, it is beneficial to allow or turn a blind eye to agencies, that’s why we are here. But you might ask, what do agencies actually do? They help creators with all sorts of stuff, ranging from providing content ideas and researching trends, posting on social media platforms, all the way up to running sophisticated traffic methods involving tens, hundreds, or even thousands of accounts, large phone farms, and fully managed chatting. This leaves the actual person you see contributing only the content they create. Nowadays, agencies are also using AI to take over as much as possible and maximize profits.
This might not be a problem, but when you really care about the person personally and are there to build real connections, and the only thing you get is a chance to talk with a hired employee responding to messages behind a screen, switching shifts with colleagues to cover the entire day, while the creator themselves might not even know you exist, you might wonder if it is even worth it.
We don’t say that you can’t find genuine creators there, or that all creators are run solely for profit or managed by agencies, but from our research, there are really few creators doing it because they enjoy it.
We’ll be releasing articles about how to spot real, genuine creators, avoid agencies, and understand all the practices used by agencies, so you can know what to look for and stay safe.
